Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With our one to one individual coaching sessions, we will take you through a unique coaching journey based on your needs and your goals. You can learn about what you value, explore your purpose, discover your motivational tendencies and how to enhance them. You can learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. Maybe you feel like you are always adding new tasks to your to-do list but never crossing anything out? Or maybe you feel you are not getting what you say you want. We can help guide and inspire you to achieve more of your personal and professional goals. Whatever your needs, we provide a safe space for you to explore. We provide supportive coaching with the right level of challenge to motivate the change you wish to see and experience.

Working on ourselves is something we rarely make time for in this busy world. To help with this, we offer short retreat programmes to give you time to RETREAT, REFLECT and RESTORE. We make space for some REAL self-reflection, self-compassion and self-development. We offer these programmes in settings that are sure to mean your time out from your busy world fully restores your energy. We often couple these retreats with yoga or another complimentary well-being activity such as mindfulness training. This will give you some much needed mind, body and soul time. Embrace Life’s Challenges
We can look at your goals or the changes you wish to experience and work with you on assessments that might be useful to gain deeper insights. Psychometrics are not always needed, but in some cases they can provide deeper insights early on in the coaching process to help you make sense of where you are and why certain avenues may seem blocked or unavailable. Sometimes we are not getting the results we desire despite our best efforts. This can be due to self-limiting beliefs or even blind spots in our behaviours, behaviours or habits we are not even aware of. Bringing these to conscious recognition is a very powerful way to make shifts, place us back into alignment and help us move forward to get the results we really desire.
How It Works
Firstly, we offer you an hour exploratory session. This is free of charge.
This gives you a chance to see how we work and for us to understand more about your needs and how we can work together.
We will also look at which psychometric assessments may be useful for you. This session will also explore how the coaching will be delivered, eg: face to face or by skype, or a mix and the likely number of overall sessions needed.
Take Recommended Assessments
After the exploratory session, you will be able to take any recommended psychometric assessments that will help support your coaching. These will be sent to you usually by email. We will review the results of the assessments and prepare a debrief of the information. We share this debrief with you at the next coaching session.
Schedule & Attend Sessions
Now you can schedule your first session and subsequent sessions if you wish. Or, if a Group Training is recommended you can book a place on the next suitable course. If feasible, we prefer to do the very first one to one session face to face, in order to build a good rapport. Thereafter, we can offer phone or skype / zoom sessions if they are more convenient. Sessions may consist of various exercises to enhance your understanding. We will always ask your permission first before introducing an exercise, tool or technique to ensure you feel comfortable.
We co-create practice work that is useful for you between sessions to ensure you get the most from your coaching by practising changes you want to make. This is part of the commitment you will make to yourself. We want you to be able to walk away knowing how to make positive change in the future yourself. This is part of the commitment we make to you.
Review & Align
We continually confirm the progress by regularly taking your feedback on how you feel you are progressing. We can then make changes to approach or direction if required. Likewise, we will give you supportive, open and honest feedback when required. At the end of the agreed number of sessions we will assess the outcomes and agree if further sessions are required and how to move forward.
